Classes
A class for each stage
Students train with others their age and at their level. Adults and families have classes of their own.

Kids, ages 6 to 12
Stances, blocks and short forms in a class that opens and closes with a bow. Students are grouped by age, so a nine-year-old and a twelve-year-old each have a pace that fits.
Two age groups, 6 to 9 and 10 to 12
Classes of up to 12 students

Teens, 13 to 17
A class of their own, with longer forms and slow, controlled partner work. Teens train with teens and move up when the instructor sees they're ready.
Teens only
Classes of up to 12 students

Adults
Classes for adults of any age, including a beginner class for anyone starting late. We teach the same forms at a pace the body can follow, and adults train with adults.
No experience needed
Classes of up to 16 students

Families
A parent and a child train side by side in one line, learning the same stance at the same moment. It is a separate class, so neither has to keep up with the other's group.
Ages 6 and up, with a parent
Classes of up to 10 students
